If you submit our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, what you’re hoping to do, and any message you include. That’s the only personal information this website collects.

What we don’t do

No analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting.
No cookies — the site sets none.
No selling, renting, or sharing your information with third parties for their purposes.
No newsletters or drip campaigns — a form submission subscribes you to nothing.

How we use your information

We use your contact details solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver our services. Form submissions are delivered to us by email and retained only as long as our correspondence warrants.

Where it lives

This website is served by Cloudflare. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and forwarded to our business email. We handle personal information in accordance with PIPEDA, Canada’s federal privacy law.

Want to know what we have, correct it, or have it deleted? Email hello@droot.ca and we’ll take care of it within one business day.
